Third, our ninjas will ship your original VHS, film, photos or cassette back to you with the new digital copies.

We take seriously the task of handling and preserving your precious memories. For this reason, we’ve taken several steps to ensure a safe transaction.
Secure Facility – Your orders are kept in our secure, climate controlled, processing facility.
Return Shipping – With our relationship with FedEx, we ensure safe shipment of your order back to you. Most orders are shipped via FedEx and include insurance and tracking. Orders less than 3 tapes may occasionally be shipped Priority Mail with tracking provided as well.
Every order is digitized and placed on DVD or CD, depending on the service. You’ll find no hidden ‘digitizing’ fees of any kind. Just all the features you’d expect including, premium DVD discs, custom printed DVD labels (not Basic DVD) and clear DVD protective cases (not Basic DVD).
Absolutely! Transfer Ninjas will return your original VHS tapes, film, photos or audio cassettes back to you, along with your new digital copies usually through FedEx with insurance! All of this for our Flat-Rate return shipping of only $9.95, for any size order, anytime.
We can’t speak for the post office’s speed, but it usually takes about 3 – 5 weeks. While Transfer Ninjas are lightning fast, we also believe in pinpoint accuracy without compromising quality. We will keep you updated during the process via email, or you can call us at 310-659-2868.
While the technology for home transfers does exist, the quality is not nearly as clear and crisp as professional equipment. Why go through the trouble of making a digital copy at home that is worse than the original version?

Each DVD is professionally mastered and authored, just like a Hollywood movie. They will play in all major DVD players and computers.
Yes! Well convert your foreign (PAL or SECAM) videos to US (NTSC) DVDs. Foreign conversions are an additional service and only $14.95 per tape.
